Untitled (Red Positions), 2021
ABOUT:
On December 1st, two days before my twenty-ninth birthday, I took self-portraits in Washington D.C. at the Jefferson Memorial. This would be the first birthday without my mother and I wanted to perform.
Untitled (Red Positions) is about finding security and confidence in the present and future. It is a series of multiple performances, playing with architecture, color, movement, and shadows.
